Planning a great new year of outings with the "Colorado Mountain Goats" RV/Camping Club!

   Generally we are an adult group who are not working or retired and love the outdoors and enjoy camping together. Our camping season is April through October. Our outings are usually scheduled during the week when the campgrounds are less crowded and tend to have better availability. Often some of our members like to extend these campouts by traveling on to other locations.

  Our destinations include State Park "Full Hookup" sites to "Boondocking" in many of Colorado's many dispersed camping areas and everything in between. Members love to hike, sightsee, bike, Kayak/Canoe, fish, or sit around a campfire.

  During the winter months when it’s too cold to be in the mountains we take in local sights, museums, and new restaurants or dinner at someone’s house.  However, we are always anxious for the camping season to start with the warmer weather and we can get outdoors again.  It’s never a surprise to find us in an unexpected snow storm in the cooler months, but we don’t mind.
